Sign Up Process

1. Visit kulpunai.com and click "Get Started"
2. Enter your email address
3. Create a strong password
4. Verify your email
5. Complete the onboarding wizard

Onboarding Wizard

The wizard helps you set up:

1. Account Details

• Company name
• Industry
• Team size

2. First Inbox

• Choose channel type (website, email, etc.)
• Configure basic settings

3. Invite Team

• Add agent email addresses
• Assign roles

Account Settings

After setup, configure your account in Settings:

• General: Company name, timezone, language
• Branding: Logo, colors, widget appearance
• Security: 2FA, password policies
• Billing: Subscription and payment
