Twilio Setup

Prerequisites

  • Twilio account
  • WhatsApp-enabled number
  • Approved WhatsApp Business Profile

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Inboxes → Add Inbox
  2. Select WhatsApp
  3. Choose Twilio
  4. Enter:
    • Account SID
    • Auth Token
    • Phone Number
  5. Configure webhook URL in Twilio
  6. Add agents
