Accessing Settings

Go to Settings → Inboxes → [Your Website Inbox] → Settings

General Settings

Choose a color that matches your brand identity.

Welcome Message

Reply Time

Set expectations for response time:

  • "Usually replies within minutes"
  • "Usually replies within a few hours"
  • Custom message

Pre-Chat Form

Collect information before starting the conversation:

  • Name (optional/required)
  • Email (optional/required)
  • Phone (optional/required)
  • Custom fields

Business Hours

Configure when your team is available:

  1. Enable business hours
  2. Set timezone
  3. Define hours for each day
