Using Labels

Overview

Labels help categorize and organize conversations for efficient management.

Creating Labels

  1. Go to Settings → Labels
  2. Click Add Label
  3. Enter:
    • Name: Use letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores
    • Description: Purpose of the label
    • Color: Visual identifier
    • Show on sidebar: For quick filtering

Applying Labels

From Conversation

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click the label icon in the right sidebar
  3. Select or search for labels
  4. Click to apply

Via Automation

Create rules to auto-apply labels based on conditions.

Using Labels

  • Filter conversations: Click label in sidebar
  • Search: Search by label name
  • Reports: Generate label-based reports
  • Automation: Trigger actions by label

Best Practices

  • Use consistent naming conventions
  • Create labels for common categories
  • Limit the number of labels
  • Use colors for quick identification
