Overview
Labels help categorize and organize conversations for efficient management.
Creating Labels
1. Go to Settings → Labels
2. Click Add Label
3. Enter:
- Name: Use letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores
- Description: Purpose of the label
- Color: Visual identifier
- Show on sidebar: For quick filtering
Applying Labels
From Conversation
1. Open a conversation
2. Click the label icon in the right sidebar
3. Select or search for labels
4. Click to apply
Via Automation
Create rules to auto-apply labels based on conditions.
Using Labels
- Filter conversations: Click label in sidebar
- Search: Search by label name
- Reports: Generate label-based reports
- Automation: Trigger actions by label
Best Practices
- Use consistent naming conventions
- Create labels for common categories
- Limit the number of labels
- Use colors for quick identification
