Sign Up Process
1. Visit kulpunai.com and click "Get Started"
2. Enter your email address
3. Create a strong password
4. Verify your email
5. Complete the onboarding wizard
Onboarding Wizard
The wizard helps you set up:
1. Account Details
- Company name
- Industry
- Team size
2. First Inbox
- Choose channel type (website, email, etc.)
- Configure basic settings
3. Invite Team
- Add agent email addresses
- Assign roles
Account Settings
After setup, configure your account in Settings:
- General: Company name, timezone, language
- Branding: Logo, colors, widget appearance
- Security: 2FA, password policies
- Billing: Subscription and payment
